Terms of Use

Stock4Sale is an online marketplace that lets sellers list surplus, deadstock and used goods and lets buyers find and contact them. We are a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, store or deliver the goods listed, and we are not a party to any deal made between users.

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. Keep your phone and OTPs secure; never share an OTP.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not create accounts for others without their permission, or to get around a suspension.

• You must own the goods or be authorised to sell them, and describe them honestly — condition, quantity, price, specifications and location, with real photos of the goods.
• We review listings before they are published and may edit their category or details for accuracy, or refuse or remove any listing.
• The contact number on your listing is shown publicly so buyers can reach you. Listings may expire after a period and can be reposted.
• AI suggestions for your listing are a starting point. Check them before publishing — you are responsible for what is listed.

You may not list:

• anything illegal to sell or possess in India, stolen, counterfeit, or infringing someone else's rights;
• weapons, explosives, drugs, or hazardous or regulated goods without the licences the law requires;
• goods you do not have, or misleading prices, photos or descriptions.

• Price, payment, delivery, inspection, invoicing and taxes are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Stock4Sale does not process payments and does not guarantee any deal.
• Inspect goods before paying where you can, prefer traceable payment methods, and be wary of offers that look too good or requests for advance payment. Report suspicious listings or users to help@stock4sale.in.
• Be respectful in chats and calls. No harassment, spam, or unsolicited marketing.

• Copying or collecting listings, phone numbers or other data with bots, scrapers or other automated means.
• Trying to get around security, rate limits or verification, or interfering with the service.
• Fake listings or accounts, impersonation, or misleading other users.
• Using Stock4Sale for anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you allow Stock4Sale to display, store, copy and adapt it (for example, resizing photos) to run and promote the marketplace, including in search results. The Stock4Sale name, logo and website are ours.

Listing and contacting sellers is free today. If we introduce charges, we will tell you before they apply.

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or the law, or puts other users at risk. You can close your account at any time by writing to help@stock4sale.in; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Stock4Sale is provided as it is. We do not verify every listing or user, and we make no promise about the quality, safety, legality or availability of any goods, or that the service will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, Stock4Sale is not liable for losses arising from deals between users, from content posted by users, or from indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

For complaints about content, another user, or these terms, contact our Grievance Officer at help@stock4sale.in. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use Stock4Sale after that means you accept the updated terms.
